Fraud Alert
It seems that someone, somewhere, is attempting to commit fraud. Don't let yourself be the one caught in the fraud. Please review your statements and receipts immediately on receipt. If there is anything that is unusual, contact the credit union immediately. Although the credit union makes every effort to protect access to your account, errors do happen.
If you lose your wallet or purse, contact everyone and every organization that holds an account on your behalf, including the credit union. We can make immediate changes to your account to prevent anyone from gaining access to your account, including preventing any checks or automatic entries to or from your account.
The credit union would not send out any emails to members asking them for sensitive information. So, do not respond to any emails that state that the credit union will close your account unless you contact us. Such correspondence will be sent through the postal system where you would be able to obtain a name to contact at the credit union.
If you receive any information that is questionable, call us immediate and we can tell you directly about its validity. We all are owners of the credit union and we are here to assist you. Call us if you have any questions.
